Votre projet avance fonctionnalité par fonctionnalité, et vous payez le travail effectué au fur et à mesure. Vous devez provisionner une avance suffisante pour sécuriser votre prestataire avant chaque commande de fonctionnalité.

Vous n'avez aucun engagement à dépenser les fonds que vous avancez et vous êtes totalement libre de suspendre le travail, d'arrêter ou de demander à ajouter des ressources.

Vous devez cependant valider le travail effectué pour pouvoir faire avancer votre projet.

Lorsque vous travaillez au développement d'une fonctionnalité pour votre client, vous utilisez les fonds qu'il a provisionnés en avance pour payer les ressources nécessaires à la production de votre travail.


Vous devez valider chaque jour le travail effectué par votre équipe et livrer les fonctionnalités une par une.


Votre engagement consiste à livrer la fonctionnalité commandée par le client au maximum au prix auquel vous l'avez estimée.


Cet engagement ne concerne que la dernière fonctionnalité sur laquelle vous travaillez. Vous êtes sûr d'être payé si votre travail est correctement effectué car vous disposez de la provision versée par votre client pour effectuer votre prestation.


Vous devez aussi payer sans délai les experts externes (freelances et sous-traitants) dès que le client a accepté la réception de la fonctionnalité.

Lorsque vous travaillez sur le développement d’une fonctionnalité, votre travail est découpé en tâches limitées.


Vous dialoguez avec le PM responsable du projet. Ensuite, votre engagement est de travailler honnêtement sur les tâches qui vous sont assignées et de soumettre votre travail chaque jour.


Lorsque vous le faites correctement, vous êtes payé sans délai pour le travail effectué à chaque tâche livrée et acceptée par le client.

NON ! Lorsque vous utilisez la plateforme ZAPPIK, vous acceptez ses termes et conditions légales qui vous protègent quel que soit votre profil, client, prestataire ou expert indépendant.

 

Vous n'avez pas à vous battre ou à craindre d'être étranglé par des clauses juridiques déséquilibrées.

 

Les risques sont réduits au maximum par notre cadre contractuel pour que vous n'ayez plus à craindre un conflit.
